Unterstützung und Versorgung von Menschen zu Hause, die alleine leben, krank oder behindert sind, Probleme in ihrem Alltag haben – das ist die Kern-Aufgabe von den Schwestern, Pflegern und Haushaltsassistentinnen in der Pflege von Diakonie daheim; weitere Angebote wie z.B. im Bereich Hausnotruf, palliative Pflege, ambulante Betreuungsgruppe, Beratung können ebenfalls ausgewählt werden
